THON 2010: Boom Boom Pow by Tucker Haas

Tucker, age 9, performs "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas for more than 15,000 at the Penn State Dance Marathon (THON) in February 2010. Tucker was diagnosed with cancer at age 2 but has been cancer-free for nearly three years. THON is a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon that benefits The Four Diamonds Fund, a pediatric cancer program at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital. Behind Tucker are his adoptive organization's dancers, who were standing strong for 46 hours in support of Tucker and other families battling pediatric cancer. Dancing is a physical challenge, but it is nothing compared to the hardships that Four Diamonds families endure each day. Penn State students can't erase the hospital visits, the spinal taps or the chemo treatments, but they can give families something to look forward to and the assurance that they're not alone.

@argentinaholandesa you honestly like this? Terrible performance, he should have learned the words before going on stage. Maybe next time he will do better : /

@another882 You ignorant fuck. he was diagnosed with cancer when he was 2 years old and he still has the courage to get up to that stage in front of thousands of people and perform. So shut the fuck up if you don't know what you're talking about you prick

@BBoyLee93 Uh, no not really. This kid was diagnosed with cancer when he was 2 years old. I went to the school district and lived in his community and now I go to PSU. He is being encouraged because the poor boy has cancer and people in his community actually has hearts and care about him. You obviously dont know what you're talking about.

sub-par performance. I would never pay money to see this..... Tips next time for the child: learn the words, pick a song that does not make you look like a clown. ;-)
